Signature Energy Work is a mechanism for connecting with the information held in your non-conscious mind – your subconscious and superconscious mind – and a system for working with that information, based on the premise that there is a good reason for everything, even pain. Pain is often the body’s way of trying to get your attention, trying to tell you something about who you are and where you are going. Pain, be it physical, emotional, or spiritual, is an alarm sounding indicating the need for change. Signature energy work is one way to access and interpret the signals and signs your body is giving you.
Everything you feel, think, and believe is reflected in the unique energy pattern that makes up your body – your emotional, mental, spiritual, as well as physical body. This personal energy pattern is your signature energy, and is woven over the entire course of your lifetime, in fact over the course of many lifetimes. Each thread is constructed from the feelings that you have experienced over eons of time, and the beliefs that you formulated in response to those feelings.
The purpose of Signature Energy Work is to consciously explore and understand the history and structure of your signature energy, a huge portion of which is devoted to survival, and is based in fear. When we become aware of how our signature energy is constructed, we can then manage it differently. We can devote more energy to creation and expression, rather than protection and performance. This frees us up to contribute our energy toward what we want, rather than what we fear.
